- For the purpose of these Terms herein, Fynd Academy is an accelerated learning and recruitment program ("Services") for the users of the Platform ("User(s)").
- This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) along with the Terms of Use governs your use of the Platform and describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, processing, protection, transfer, and storage of your information (defined hereinafter) provided to us by you.
